I will NOT accept back any dvd's due to region/ format incombatibility. Please check region/format of each dvd before ordering. All Onar releases are PAL FORMAT- REGION FREE. My imports must be checked more carefully for various regions-formats.
I will NOT accept returns due to picture quality dissatisfaction. I'm not CRITERION, and you can get an idea by checking the trailers. Mind you, the trailer quality is FAR inferior to the actual dvd quality of course.
I WILL accept returns IF the disc has some other problem, unrelated to region-format problems. So, IF I get it back within 2 weeks and if there is an actual problem I will send you a replacement.
